Sayinsit

For companies with sites, warehouses and branches

Your own operations system, built on Sayinsit.

Sayinsit already runs stock, purchasing, transfers between locations, money and staff access for businesses with shops, a warehouse and a head office. For your company we build your own system on that same core: your modules, your roles, your units, your data moved in. In Burmese and English.

Priced per project. You get a written plan and a fixed price before any work starts.

Stock transfers from a central store to three sites, a housing block, an office building and road works, each with its status.

Running today

The core is already at work every day

These are the screens your team would use from the first week. The sample company buys cement and steel, keeps it at a central store and sends it out to three sites.

  1. 01Buy

Order from suppliers, then pay the bill

Raise a purchase order, receive the goods into the store in one delivery or several, and keep the bill open until it is paid. A photo of the supplier’s paper sits on the bill.

A supplier bill for cement, sand and bricks: the total, what is paid, what is still to pay, and what has arrived.
  2. 02Keep

Know what is in every store

Stock in and out at each location, what is running low, what is on its way, and the full history of every movement.

The stock list at the central store: low items, items on their way, and the price of each.
  3. 03On site

Each site sees its own stock on a phone

The site engineer signs in on their phone and sees only their site: what arrived, what is left and what is running low. In Burmese, if they prefer.

The stock list for Site A on a phone.

The core

What every system starts with

  • Many locationsA head office, warehouses, sites or branches, each with its own stock and cash, all seen together by the owner.
  • TransfersSend stock from one location to another. It shows as on its way until the other end receives it.
  • PurchasingPurchase orders, goods received, supplier bills, payments and returns.
  • Low-stock alertsSee what is running out at each location before work stops.
  • Expenses and cashFuel, rent, wages and repairs, each with a photo of the receipt. A cash book for every location.
  • Who owes whatWhat you still owe each supplier, and what customers still owe you.
  • Roles and accessEach person sees only their own location and the screens their job needs. Activity is logged.
  • Reports to ExcelPurchases, stock, sales and spending, downloaded to Excel any time.
  • Burmese or EnglishEach person picks their own language. The storekeeper can read Burmese while the owner reads English.
  • Phone, tablet or computerIt runs in the browser on mobile data. Nothing to install.
  • Backed up every nightEncrypted copies are kept off the server.
  • Your data is yoursEverything exports to spreadsheets whenever you like.

Built for you

Then we build the parts your business needs

On top of the core we add your own modules, in the words and units your people already use. Some examples:

  • Construction

Projects and sites, daily site reports with photos, materials in bags, kyin, m³ and tons, equipment hours and fuel, subcontractor work orders, and budget against actual for each project.

  • Wholesale and distribution

Price lists for each kind of buyer, credit limits, orders taken on a phone, delivery runs, and what each customer owes.

  • Production

Jobs sent out to workshops, the cost of each job, materials issued and finished goods received, and what each maker is owed.

Not on the list? Tell us how your work runs and we will tell you honestly what fits.

How we work

A plan with dates, then working software every few weeks

  1. Week one: understand and agreeWe walk through one real project or branch with your team, agree the screens, and load your materials, suppliers and locations.
  2. About three weeks: the first part is liveYour first site or branch starts using it for real, with its own logins.
  3. Then the rest, in phasesEach phase ends with your review before the next one starts. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
  4. HandoverYour Excel records brought in, training for each role, and short guides in Burmese.
  5. After handoverA support period is included. After that, a monthly support plan if you want one.

Questions

What companies ask us

Is this the same as the Sayinsit shop app?

It is the same core. The shop app is our ready-made edition for single shops, at a small monthly price. A company system is built for you: your modules, your roles, your data and its own address, priced as a project.

Which businesses use Sayinsit today?

Shops and a wholesale warehouse every day since June 2026, and a head office since October. Parts made for one industry, like site reports for construction, are built for each company on that core.

How long does it take?

We plan for the first part to be in use in about three weeks, and the rest in phases after that. You get the dates in writing before any work starts.

Does it work at sites with weak internet?

It needs a connection, but mobile data is enough, and each screen uses very little.

Who owns the data?

You do. Everything downloads to Excel at any time, and if you host it yourselves it never leaves your server.

How do we pay?

A fixed price, paid in parts: some to start, some when the first part is live, and the rest at handover. We agree the currency and how to pay before we begin.

Tell us how your work runs.

A few lines on Viber or email is enough: how many sites or branches you have, what you use today, and what goes wrong. We reply with a plan.
